For “Pride” month, Discovery+ is featuring a one-year-old disturbing 8 minute production claiming that President Abraham Lincoln was Queer and had extremely intimate relationships with four male lovers. The 8 minute video uses every second to promote their historically inaccurate narrative making President Lincoln a pawn of the LGBTQ+ movement. From casting an obnoxiously flamboyant young Lincoln to featuring explicit bed scenes, the production is the epitome of disrespect.

“For four years, Lincoln and [Joshua Fry] Speed shared a bed. Every single night they came into physical contact with each other. The only thing that explains it is Lincoln enjoyed it, and Speed must have enjoyed it as well. It was mutual. It was a mutually satisfying sexual relationship,” said the narrator speaking of the circumstances in the general store where both worked. It is important to note that there is no evidence suggesting that Lincoln wanted to share this bed with Speed to have sex with him.

This is not the first time the woke left has tried to turn Lincoln into a symbol for their movement. In 2005, Vanity Fair published an article, ‘Was Lincoln Bisexual?’ and in 2004, the New York Times published an article ‘Finding Homosexual Threads in Lincoln’s Legend.’

Following the format of “The Bachelor” with one rose being handed to each of Lincoln’s supposed lovers, the video disparages his character and makes erroneous assumptions that fit the narrative of the woke left. Just as sad is the production’s assertion that Lincoln never truly loved his wife, Mary Todd, with whom he had four sons. The production claims that after Lincoln turned “dirty thirty,” he felt pressure to marry and got engaged to a woman who is featured as being unenthused and boring.

The 16th President of the United States who has arguably gone down in history as one of America’s greatest, has become a pawn of the woke left. Lincoln’s character is one of honor, and he will be remembered as a leader who preserved our great union, who encouraged Americans to uphold our foundation of liberty and equality, and who inspired all with his timeless words.

The production of this disturbing revisionist history targeting one of America’s most honored presidents shows just how much power education has over the course of events, both as history, today and in the future. Abraham Lincoln himself knew how precious education was, but sadly what he likely did not know was how corrupt it would become by radicals hungry for influence over America’s young generations, and that he would become one of their pawns.
