A collaboration between Teaching for Change and Rethinking Schools, the Zinn Education Project is the most radical educational resource being used today, and its impact on future generations is dangerous. The Zinn Education Project is becoming a favorite resource for teachers who are embracing Howard Zinn as a historian rather than the fiction writer he actually is.
In 2019, we reached milestone of 100,000 teachers signed up to access free people's history lessons at ZEP.
We need YOUR help to reach and support more teachers in 2020. We don't get corporate funds. Read ⬇️and donate today. https://t.co/PEqHdubtsF

With over 100,000 teachers using this radical organization’s lessons and materials, the number of students that are being fed their lies can be estimated at around 2.1 million.
It’s bad enough that Howard Zinn published his anti-American rhetoric into a fictional thriller novel, but for educators to use his slander and distortion in their lesson plans has brought his disturbance to a new level. From his novel, A People’s History of the United States, the following quotes seem to be at the core of the heart of the radical left’s movement. Referring to what has been repeated on every radical platform, Zinn states, “…I wanted to talk about the many massacres of nonwhite people in our history, which would not reinforce patriotic pride but remind us of the long legacy of racism in our country, still smoldering and needing attention.” Zinn also quotes socialist Eugene V. Debs in laying the groundwork for rallying the people to destroy capitalism and turn America socialist. Debs stated, “Yes, in good time we are going to sweep into power in this nation and throughout the world. We are going to destroy all enslaving and degrading capitalist institutions and re-create them as free and humanizing institutions…The sun of capitalism is setting; the sun of Socialism is rising.” This terrifying statement seems to be more real than Debs or Zinn could probably ever have imagined.
The Zinn Education Project’s socialist propaganda is sickening to us who know its deadly consequences, but to young students who are being fed only pro-socialist thought, they are likely not to support any other economic system. Equating capitalism to racism, class struggle, and injustice, the ideology will only die off and the world will spiral into a devastating hell as communism becomes the dominating system that will eventually kill them all off. Once freedom is eradicated in America, the land of the free will fall, and as statues and books that represent freedom burn, the world will never recover.
They attack capitalism and freedom through lessons that promote the Green New Deal and ones that suggest the United States is an evil nation.

"The reason why America was able to become rich through slavery, which was an economic system [capitalism], was because of racism. So that’s why you can’t really separate the two. …We have to stare truth in the face." — @DrIbram on @democracynow today. https://t.co/Jmg8291k8V pic.twitter.com/35gqO8j4yN

The Zinn Education Project teaches students that there is nothing to celebrate in America. They undermine the success of the Civil Rights Movement, erase the legacy of true heroes, and never fail to highlight a murder daily in their This Day in History posts.
Here are some of the countless massacres in US history. Most were designed to maintain white supremacy by suppressing voting rights, land ownership, economic advancement, education, freedom of press, and more. People of color always resisted. #Reparations https://t.co/FoACv0gaik

With this pessimistic outlook, teachers using this resource cannot expect their students to grow and learn, but become resentful, miserable, and even vengeful. Their goal seems to be to incite violence, and they have been successful. Sadly, violence will continue to plague our streets as teachers are bombarding students with lessons in vengeance and violence from Howard Zinn, Nikole Hannah-Jones, Bill Ayers, and Angela Davis, to name a few.
